These Terms of Service govern all access to and use of The Market Lens platform, content, community, and services. By purchasing a membership or accessing The Market Lens in any form, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document.

1. Description of Services

The Market Lens provides digital educational content related to trading, livestream educational sessions, live market analysis for educational purposes, and access to a private community. We do not provide downloadable materials, financial advice, investment advice, or trading signals. All content is for general educational purposes only.

Memberships are delivered exclusively through Whop for billing and access management, and Discord for community participation.

2. Member Eligibility

The Market Lens is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not intentionally market to or permit membership from minors. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Account sharing, redistribution of content, or granting access to non paying individuals is strictly prohibited.

Users must follow all community guidelines and conduct themselves respectfully within the private community. Violation of rules may result in removal from the platform without refund, including but not limited to harassment, inappropriate behavior, disruptive conduct, or attempts to undermine the community integrity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within The Market Lens, including educational material, livestreams, community posts by staff, branding, written lessons, and any other digital resources, is the exclusive property of The Market Lens. Users are not permitted to copy, repost, distribute, share, resell, or reproduce any content. Unauthorized use or distribution of content will result in immediate removal from the platform and may result in legal action.

Users may submit testimonials, comments, messages, or other content within the community. By posting or sending such content, you grant The Market Lens permission to use it for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes, including on social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. No Financial Advice

The Market Lens provides educational content only. We do not offer financial advice, investment advice, personalized trading guidance, or signals. Nothing within the platform should be interpreted as an instruction to buy, sell, or trade any financial instrument. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions and outcomes.

6. Service Modifications

We may update, improve, or modify the platform and its features over time. Educational structure, livestream schedules, or community formats may evolve. In the event that the platform is ever discontinued, access will end at that time. This clause exists only to account for long term business changes and does not indicate any intention to end the service.

7. Membership and Billing

All billing, payments, and subscription management are handled through Whop. Users are solely responsible for managing their subscription, updating payment information, and cancelling before renewal dates.

8. Termination of Access

The Market Lens may suspend or terminate access at its discretion if a user violates these Terms. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

Sharing, reproducing, or distributing content
Chargebacks or dispute fraud
Harassment or misconduct in the community
Attempts to harm the platform, staff, or members
Misuse of the service in any form

Termination does not grant eligibility for refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Market Lens is provided on an educational basis only. We are not liable for financial losses, trading losses, missed opportunities, market outcomes, or any decisions made by users based on the content. Users participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own trading performance.
